The anime will resume on July 3 in Japan from the first episode, after being suspended due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on production. Under this new agenda, the fourth episode (the originally delayed one) would air until July 24.

Synopsis of Appare-Ranman!
During the late 19th century, the genius but socially awkward engineer Sorano Appare and the skilled but cowardly samurai Isshiki Kosame suddenly find themselves stuck in the ocean between Japan and America.
With no money, the duo decides to enter the "Wild Transcontinental Race" to win the prize money and be able to return home. The two will encounter bandits, rivals, and challenges on the arduous journey across the United States, from the starting line in Los Angeles to the finish line in New York, via a steam powered wagon that they themselves must build. .
