Studio Gokumi will celebrate its tenth anniversary

On Studio Gokumi's official Twitter account, it was announced that the studio will be holding some special events commemorating the tenth anniversary since its founding.
According to the statement, the study celebrated ten years since its foundation in May. The celebratory project involves launching special products based on illustrations from four franchises the company has worked on, including, for the time being, Alice Cartelet of Kiniro Mosaic and Tohru Ichii of A-Channel.

The third character and franchise for this commemorative project will be revealed on July 31. Additionally, the studio announced that they will launch a limited edition of certain products that will be based on these illustrations.

About Studio Gokumi

It is a Japanese animation studio founded in May 2010 by former members of the Gonzo studio. The name literally means “Study Group 5”, and it is due to the fact that it was founded by the members of Gonzo's fifth study, who left the company. This sub-studio was responsible for the animation of Strike Witches and Saki.


The first project of the new studio was an OVA for Oshigoto's Koe series! released in late 2010. Subsequently, in the spring of 2011, the A-Channel series debuted with the first anime produced by the studio, and they subsequently landed the opportunity to work on the Saki: Achiga-hen episode of Side-A series. , released in July 2012.

His most recent project was Murenase! Seton Gakuen, and they are currently working on an original anime series titled Maesetsu !, the collaboration with the AXsiZ studio, and whose release is scheduled for October.
