The anime
adaptation of Summer Pockets, the popular visual novel developed
by Key (creators of Kanon and Angel
Beats!), has published on July 11 a new promotional visual
dedicated to the Shiroha Naruse arc, ahead of the premiere
of episode 15 that will air in Japan on July 14 (local
time).
This visual
highlights the emotional approach that this part of the story will take,
centered on the bond between Shiroha and the protagonist Hairi Takahara.
A story
of memories, loneliness and bright summers
Episode 15
of the series is titled "The Summer That Repeats" and,
according to the official synopsis, Shiroha is swimming in the pool at night
when she meets Hairi, who has arrived on Torishirojima Island
to organize her late grandfather's belongings.
Due to
"certain circumstances," Shiroha has stayed away from the people of
the island. However, her curiosity begins to be aroused by Hairi, who gradually
shortens the distance between the two, whether she is aware of it or not.
Hairi
confesses that she has forgotten how to enjoy the summer holidays. But since
arriving on the island, he has begun to remember his childhood, which deeply
excites Shiroha. Listening to her memories, she also relives those brilliant
summers she spent with her friends.
