The global
phenomenon Dragon Ball, created by Akira Toriyama, will
celebrate its 40th anniversary in 2025 with the opening of
the world's first official store dedicated exclusively to the
franchise. The store will open its doors in Tokyo during the fall of
2025 and will offer exclusive products and limited-edition
merchandise that will not be available anywhere else.
A unique
experience for fans
While no
specific details such as the exact location, opening date or exclusive
items have been revealed at the moment, the event is expected to be
one of the great attractions of the year for fans of the saga. The store
promises to become a must-see meeting point for local fans and tourists.
A legacy
that is still growing
Shueisha published the original Dragon
Ball manga in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine between
1984 and 1995. Since then, the franchise has continued to expand, with multiple
anime adaptations and new projects such as Dragon Ball Super and Dragon
Ball DAIMA. Currently, Crunchyroll offers streaming all
the main series of the franchise, while VIZ Media publishes
its English version of the manga.
