On the official site for the original anime Shikizakura, it was confirmed that singer Asaka will reveal the anime's opening theme in a performance she will perform at the World Cosplay Summit 2020 Online event.

As previously reported, this year's World Cosplay Summit event will be held virtually due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Asaka's interpretation of the theme song will be broadcast sometime during the event, the schedule of which will be revealed soon.
For its part, the series does not yet have a premiere date and will consist of twelve episodes lasting thirty minutes. The animation will use a style combined with 3D CG animation.
