In the most recent chapter of the manga written and illustrated by Mikan Momokuri, Gunjou ni Siren, published on Shueisha publisher's Shonen Jump Plus website, it was announced that the play will end in its next chapter on August 3.
Momokuri began publishing the manga in Shueisha publisher You Magazine in July 2015, but was later transferred to the Shonen Jump Plus website in 2018, after the magazine ceased publication. The publisher published the eleventh compilation volume on March 4.
Synopsis of Gunjou ni Siren
Two boys, cousins, both left-handed and aspiring to become the best pitchers on their school's baseball team. One of them already lost this position once, in primary school; and his cousin moved shortly after, apparently unaware that he was leaving the person who introduced him to baseball discouraged and defeated.
But now, Sora Yoshizawa is back, still smiling innocently as she encourages Shuuji Yoshizawa to return to the game. Shuuji accepts, determined to defeat the guy who, in his eyes, took away the only thing that mattered to him.
