On the official Twitter account for the Love Live! Multimedia franchise, it was announced that the character Shioriko Mifune (played by Moeka Koizumi) has been integrated as the tenth member of the group Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai.
This announcement was made based on the events in chapter 17 of the smartphone game Love Live! School Idol Festival ALL STARS. Mifune will later have its own 3D model and will become a playable character. This marks the first time in a Love Live! About the Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai group
Also known as Nijigasaki High School Idol Club for its English translation, it is a spin-off project from the Love Live! Franchise. These new idols were featured in the game Love Live! Perfect Dream Project and the cast of voices was officially presented during the Tokyo Game Show event, held on September 21, 2017. During that event it was also revealed that Love Live! School Idol Festival ALL STARS would be the official title of the Perfect Dream Project.
Unlike the other groups in the franchise, Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai is made up of ten members, including:
- Kaori Maeda as Shizuku Osaka.
- Mayu Sagara as Kasumi Nakasu.
- Chiemi Tanaka as Rina Tennoji.
- Natsumi Murakami as Ai Miyashita.
- Aguri Onishi as Ayumu Uehara.
- Tomori Kusunoki as Setsuna Yuki.
- Miyu Kubota as Karin Asaka.
- Maria Sashide as Emma Verde.
- Akari Kito as Kanata Konoe.
- Moeka Koizumi as Shioriko Mifune.
Additionally, an anime adaptation of this project is confirmed, however, an official release date has not been announced.
