The KOEI Tecmo company shared an update on Twitter regarding a controversy related to the censorship in the West of the video game developed by the Gust studios, Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy. The statement said: “Message to the fans. Despite the differences shown in the Atelier Ryza 2 promotional videos shown at the Tokyo Game Show event, we want to make it clear to our fans that the game will not be censored in the West. We hope everyone is looking forward to this new adventure! "

The game will be released for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch consoles on December 3 in Japan, and for PC via Steam in January 2021. One of the new features in this installment is the addition of new swimming techniques that allow Ryza discover aquatic materials and entrances to new underwater dungeons. Fans can also expect to meet familiar faces, including Klaudia, who now works in the Royal Capital but is constantly thinking about her adventures with Ryza.
It also introduces a mysterious new creature along the journey, named Fi. While Fi does not speak, KOEI Tecmo describes her as "a very expressive and emotional creature, quickly bonding with Ryza as he helps her find the answers to the true meaning of the lost legends."

Finally, those who get a physical or digital copy of the video game Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy during the first two weeks after its launch, will get a bonus code to obtain a set of summer costumes for the character.
