(Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu)”. Reader discretion is recommended.
In short, “ The Dangers in My
Heart ( Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu )” is one
of the most popular franchises of the moment. While the anime continues to
advance with the second season and approaches the romantic climax of the
work, the original manga is also going through its own new climax in a
story arc that has been in the sights of readers for months.
The “Study Trip Arc” is currently being developed,
where Anna Yamada, Kyotaro Ichikawa and several of their friends travel to stay
in a house and study for their upcoming exams. However, upon arriving
at the place, a “situation” occurred with a condom that a previous guest left
there, and this led to a series of misunderstandings where Yamada thought that
Ichikawa had brought it to “advance the relationship.”
All this progressed, between dramas and jokes, to
the point where they both decided to take refuge from the rain in a hotel
room. The romantic tension between the two, two teenagers, continues to
rise and this is most reflected in Ichikawa. While Yamada takes a shower to
wash the cold of the rain off her body, they both discover that the
bathroom has glass walls, so Ichikawa could see her completely naked.
Although Yamada gives him approval to see her,
Ichikawa does not and the scene continues. However, when Ichikawa is
arranging Yamada's clothes, he discovers that she brought the condom to the
meeting between them. This is where you finally get the answers that
everyone was looking for. It was Yamada who found the condom in the
house and who eventually hid it on several occasions.
In the end, Yamada admits that “she
wants to take the next step with Ichikawa,” but he politely turns her down,
saying that “they will do it under other circumstances” and giving her a kiss. Plus,
she asks him to save her condom for when the time to use it finally comes.
It was quite evident that Norio Sakurai
would not take the relationship to the next step, although other romantic
comedies did in recent weeks. However, while
fans hoped it would, they were really pleased with the way this arc concluded:
- « Friend,
what pain the author must have, carrying the entire genre of romantic
comedies on her back .»
- « Yamada's
face when he understood the “let me calm down.” In other words, she is
proud to provoke something in Ichikawa .
- « I
like that it is not necessary to make the protagonists do it for the
romance to be good. Definitely the romcom of the year ».
- « Damn,
the way Ichikawa acted left me speechless. You can tell that the guy is
thinking about doing things the right way, but the kisses between
sentences also show that they are equally hungry. For my part, it doesn't
bother me, at some point that will happen, but I didn't have to know now,
the right time will come .
- " They
follow their own rhythm and I just follow the story without expecting
anything, I just want to accompany them on their journey ."
- « And
now is when Yamada's father or mother finds “that” among their daughter's
things ».
- « Although
we all knew that nothing was going to happen at the motel, I must say that
I liked how this chapter went. And as a closing to this arc, it's pretty
good. I didn't like the drama that there was about the condom so much, I
even felt it heavy and unnecessary, but it still wasn't bad .
- " Damn,
what a beautiful relationship the two of them have, and Ichikawa shows
that he wants to do everything correctly and at the right time, but he
will never stop paying attention to Yamada and with the kiss he gave him,
their relationship and their feelings for both of them are even more
reinforced ."
- « It
is clear that Ichikawa is the goat of all the protagonists of romantic
comedies, and at only 14 years of age he is already a boss .»
- « The
feeling of appreciation between both is reinforced, at the same time that
they propose to continue moving forward to do new “things” when the right
moment arrives, in addition to showing Ichikawa not to be afraid of
progress and demonstrating once again that he is the best protagonist in
a romantic comedy .
- « Ichikawa
is so far superior to the rest of today's manga protagonists that the
difference there is is even annoying. This story is too, but too good .
