A press release announced that the webtoon written by Taejoon Park and illustrated by Kim Junghyun , “ Viral Hit ( Kenka Dokugaku )”, will have an anime adaptation that will premiere during the Spring-2024 season (April-June) in Japan. The statement revealed production details, but did not give details about the voice cast in charge. Although it is a South Korean webtoon, the anime adaptation is produced in Japan.

Taejoon Park
and Kim Kunghyun began publishing the webtoon through the NAVER WEBTOON digital service in November 2019, quickly becoming one of the most read on the platform. It should be noted that Taejoon Park is also the author of “ Lookism “, another webtoon that also had an animated adaptation.
