Synopsis of Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in
Russian
Seirei Academy is a prestigious school attended by
Japan's top students. Alisa Mikhailovna "Alya" Kujou, the
half-Russian, half-Japanese treasurer of the school's student council, is known
for her intelligence, stunning looks, and uptight personality. In contrast to
her nearly flawless personality, Alya's unmotivated classmate Masachika Kuze
slacks off during class and doesn't seem to show any interest in her.
Alya, irritated at first, becomes increasingly
intrigued by Masachika and begins to express her affection for him in Russian.
However, she is unaware of his secret: he is fluent in the language! Due to a
childhood friend who was temporarily in Japan, Masachika has been studying
Russian in hopes of reuniting with her. As the two spend more time together,
the playful and eccentric relationship between them quickly deepens. Meanwhile,
both must learn to manage their new and growing feelings for each other.
