Anime Trending has revealed the long-awaited
results of its ranking for the Summer 2024 season
(July-September) , based on fan votes. The big surprise was the
overwhelming success of the anime “ Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines! “, which won
several notable awards, including “ Best Comedy Anime ”,
“ Best Female Character ” for the charismatic Anna Yanami,
and, most importantly, the prestigious “ Best Anime of the Season ”
award.
The series, which chronicles Kazuhiko Nukumizu’s
unexpected involvement in the lives of three girls unlucky in love, has
captured viewers’ attention with its mix of drama, romance, and comedy. Even
though Kazuhiko is considered a “background character,” he ends up being the
center of a complex web of romantic relationships and misunderstandings, which
has kept viewers hooked episode after episode.
The victory of “Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!”
has not gone unnoticed among fans, who quickly flooded social media with their
reactions. Some comments celebrated the result, while others expressed
doubts about the legitimacy of the ranking.

never had any doubts, I knew it from episode 1 and it stayed that way
until the end. Anna, Komari and the other girls were special. A-1 did an
amazing adaptation, improving the story in many ways. Make

Despite divided opinions, “Makeine: Too Many
Losing Heroines!” has established itself as one of the most successful anime of
the summer season , and fans are eagerly awaiting a possible second
season to continue the story.
