In a special video by Canadian animator Dong Chang , who is attached to NUT studios in Japan, it was mentioned that the second season of the anime adaptation of " Youjo Senki ( Saga of Tanya the Evil )" is scheduled to premiere in 2026. This information is not officially confirmed by the production, so it should be considered a leak until then.

Carlo Zen began publishing the novels through the independent service Arcadia in 2010, and Kadokawa has been publishing them in paperback with illustrations by Shinobu Shinotsuki since October 2013. In addition to the manga adaptation, the anime adaptation produced by NUT Studios premiered in Winter 2017 ( January -March) , followed by a canonical feature film in February 2019.

Synopsis of Youjo Senki

Tanya Degurechaff is a young soldier renowned for her ruthlessness and uncanny tactical aptitude, earning her the nickname “Rhine Devil.” However, beneath her innocuous exterior lies the soul of a man who challenged Being X, the self-proclaimed God, to a battle of wits, resulting in her being reincarnated as a young girl in a world of magical warfare. Hell-bent on defying others, Tanya decides to rise through the ranks of her country’s military, which is slowly descending into a world war, with Being X the only obstacle to recreating the peaceful life she once knew. But her insightful actions and initiative in combat have an unforeseen side effect: propelling the mighty Empire to become one of the most powerful nations in human history.
