A few months ago , at Aniplex Online
Fest 2024, it was announced that Nana Ootori and Satsuki 's light
novels , " May I Ask for One Final Thing? ( Saigo
ni Hitotsu dake Onegai shitemo Yoroshii deshou ka )",
would be getting their own anime adaptation, slated to premiere in 2025 in
Japan.
Now, more
details about the adaptation have been revealed during an event at AnimeJapan
2025. The anime, which is set to premiere in fall 2025 ,
unveiled its key visual and first promotional video, in addition to announcing
the new voice cast. Among the new names are Wataru Katou as
Julius von Paristan, Shouya Ishige as Leonardo the
Vandimion, Miyu Tomita as Nanaka, Kazuki Ura as
Sigurd Forgrave, Taito Ban as Kyle von Paristan, and Ai
Kakuma as Terenezza Hopkins.
Additionally,
it has been confirmed that Crunchyroll will be the platform in charge
of streaming the anime in North America, Central America, South America ,
Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and the CIS countries.
This is
definitely one of the most promising romance dramas of this year, and details
revealed so far include:
- " May I Ask for
One Final Thing? " is a work created by Nana Ootori ,
who published the light novels between July and November 2018 through the
publisher AlphaPolis, with illustrations by Satsuki . A
manga adaptation, made by Sora Hoonoki , began
publication in June 2019.
- The voice cast includes Asami
Seto as Scarlet. The production team includes names such as Kazuya
Sakamoto as director, Deko Akao on script
writing and supervision, Eriko Haga as character designer
and animation director, and Hinako Tsubakiyama on
soundtrack composition. The studio in charge is LIDEN FILMS ,
although production is actually being carried out at LIDEN FILMS
Kyoto Studio .
- The
story centers on Scarlet, who, after being unjustly accused of being a
villain and enduring years of abuse, asks for one last favor: to punch her
fiancé, Kyle, in the face after he suddenly abandoned her. Thus
begins her revenge against him and his henchmen, while she transforms into
a stylish and rebellious fighter who won't let anyone take advantage of
her.
