On the
official site for the anime adaptation of ONE and Yusuke
Murata 's manga , " One Punch Man ", a new promotional
video for the third season of the project was revealed. The video confirms
that the premiere is scheduled for the Fall-2025 period
(October-December) and finally shows a glimpse of the animation that
this new season will have.
For its
part, ONE began publishing the manga independently in 2009,
and later Yusuke Murata began publishing it as a manga in Shueisha 's Tonari no Young
Jump service in June 2012. The work inspired a twelve-episode
anime adaptation produced by Madhouse studios and released in October
2015, followed by a second season of twelve episodes produced by JCSTAFF studios and
released in April 2019.
One
Punch Man Synopsis
Seemingly
ordinary and unimpressive Saitama has a rather unique hobby: being a hero. In
order to pursue his childhood dream, he trained relentlessly for three years
and lost all of his hair in the process. Now, Saitama is incredibly powerful,
so much so that no enemy can defeat him in battle. He is so powerful that he
only needs to land one punch to defeat his enemies, because of this he is no
longer able to enjoy the thrill of battle and has become rather boring.
This all
changes with the arrival of Genos, a 19-year-old cyborg, who wishes to be
Saitama’s disciple after seeing what he’s capable of. Genos proposes that the
two join the Hero Association to become certified heroes who will be recognized
for their positive contributions to society, and Saitama, shocked that no one
knows who he is, quickly agrees. And so begins the story of One Punch Man, an
action-comedy that follows an eccentric individual who yearns to fight strong
enemies that can hopefully give him the rush he once felt and just maybe,
become popular in the process.
