On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Asato Mizu , “ Aharen-san wa Hakarenai ( Aharen Is Indecipherable )”, a new promotional video for the second season was revealed. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for April 7 in Japan , and shows a snippet of the musical themes, which include:

  • Nao Touyama will perform the opening theme song " Binetsuma ", while Shallm will perform the ending theme song " Twilight ".

Asato Mizu began publishing the manga through Shueisha 's Shonen Jump Plus digital service in January 2017 and finished publishing it in April 2023, compiling the work into a total of seventeen volumes. The work inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by Felix Film studios and broadcast during the Spring 2022 season (April-June) in Japan.

Synopsis of Aharen-san wa Hakarenai

Reina Aharen, a petite, friendly, quiet-voiced student, is pretty bad at judging distance and personal space. Sometimes she's inches away from your face, and other times, miles away. The only one who tries to understand her antics is Raidou Matsuboshi, who sits next to her in class. He has a menacing face, but he's actually a kind boy with an imagination that sometimes runs wild. Aharen-san wa Hakarenai follows the quirky pair as their unlikely friendship begins to blossom when Raidou picks up Aharen's eraser for her. She misinterprets his gesture and now believes them to be best friends, showing how the simplest of things can prove to be the most complicated of challenges for them.
