The
producer Animation ID confirmed that the anime With
Vengeance, Sincerely, Your Broken Saintess ( original title: Kizu
Darake Seijo Yori Hōfuku wo Komete) will be released next July 9 at
24:30 hours ( July 10 at 00:30 local time in Japan ) through the
channel tvk. Subsequently, its broadcast will begin in CBC
TV the July 12.
This
adaptation corresponds to the vertical webtoon created by SORAJIMA and Aminohada,
published in Japan through the platform funny since August
2022 and in English by Pocket Comics since October of the same
year.
A story
of redemption and revenge
The story
revolves around Rua, a candidate for saint with the gift of
healing, but with a cruel condition: she can only heal by transferring the
wounds to her own body. Mocked and nicknamed “ the holy fall ”, she finds
comfort only in her best friend Arianne.
When your
platonic love, the commander Garrett, is on the verge of death
after a beast attack, Rua saves him at the cost of his life. Upon awakening, he
discovers that Arianne received all the credit. Betrayed and helpless, Rua's
life takes a turn when a mysterious second prince appears with a tempting
proposal: become a villain and take revenge.
Music, production and lively style
The opening
theme will be interpreted by Queen Washio and it will be
titled “ DiZZY ”, while the closing will be in charge of Nonpy with
the theme “ Abyss ”.
The project
is led by Chisaki in the studies IMAGICA Infos /
Imageworks Studio. Yūichi Imaizumi is the sound director,
with effects in charge of Hiroki Nozaki and Airi
Kobayashi. The music will be made up of onoken, under the
supervision of production of Kazuya Takahashi.
This anime
is part of the category “ light anime ”, a format with simplified
animation that reduces production times and costs. Animation ID has already
worked on other similar titles like Lockdown Zone: Level X and Moriarty’s
Perfect Crime.

of betrayal, psychological drama, and revenge, With Vengeance,
Sincerely, Your Broken Saintess seeks to become one of the most
intense series of the summer season. The premiere is scheduled for July
10 at 00:30 ( Japan time ), which corresponds to the 5:30 p.m. on
July 9 in Spain ( UTC + 2 ).
