compiled in 31 volumes and is considered one of the great
exponents of school horror manga.
The new
adaptation is directed by Yasuyuki Oishi at Studio
KAI, with Yoshiki Okusa composing the series, Yuu
Yoshiyama designing characters, and Evan Call handling
the music.
What is
Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Cloud about?
Unexplained
paranormal phenomena begin to shake the quiet town of Domori. To
protect his students, a new elementary school teacher nicknamed "Cloud" arrives.
Although he seems like a kind and outgoing teacher, he keeps a dark
secret: he is the only psychic master in Japan, and his left
hand is possessed by a demon.
As an
infernal messenger of justice, Cloud confronts the evil spirits and
mysteries that haunt his students. Thus begins this new version of the
classic school horror and supernatural action.
