Aki Toyosaki suspends part of her activities after the death of her husband

Voice actress Aki Toyosaki's official website reported that the artist will reduce her professional activities after the sudden death of her husband last month. Due to this situation, Toyosaki canceled her participation in the Animelo Summer Live 2025 "ThanXX!", scheduled for August in Japan, and other performances scheduled for the rest of the year are being reconsidered.

Toyosaki is widely recognized for voicing Yui Hirasawa in K-On! and Aoi Inuyama in Laid-Back Camp. She currently stars as Niikura in CITY THE ANIMATION and as Homura Momiji in Dr. STONE. He also develops a musical career, both solo and as a member of the group Sphere. This group was scheduled to perform on August 30 at Animelo Summer Live, but will do so only with Haruka Tomatsu, Minako Kotobuki and Ayahi Takagaki.


Events under review
