The
successful SPY x FAMILY franchise, based on the manga by Tatsuya
Endo, announced that its third season will premiere
on October 4 in Japan, coinciding in Spain on the same day due
to the time difference. The news came with a new official illustration by Anya
Forger, made by character designer Kazuaki Shimada, in which
the little protagonist shows her particular imagination.
Creative
team for Season 3
The direction of season 3 will be in the hands of Yukiko Imai, who already participated as a storyboard artist and episode director in the first two installments. The script will be in charge of Rino Yamazaki, now promoted to composer of the series, while Kazuaki Shimada will continue to be responsible for character design. The animation will continue to be a collaboration between WIT STUDIO and CloverWorks, with (K)NoW_NAME on the music composition.

Currently, Crunchyroll airs
the first two seasons in both subtitled and dubbed versions, in addition to the
film SPY x FAMILY CODE: White. The story follows the spy known
as Twilight, who must form a fictional family to infiltrate a
prestigious academy. However, his "wife" is actually a professional
assassin, and his adopted daughter, Anya, has telepathic powers
that make her the center of the most comical and endearing situations.
