Digimon Beatbreak reveals new visual and confirms the artists of its tracks

The official X/Twitter account of Digimon Beatbreak, the new television installment of the iconic franchise, shared a new promotional visual and revealed the artists in charge of the main themes. The group MADKID will perform the opening song titled "Mad Pulse," while singer Ai Tomioka will be in charge of the ending "beat up."

Main characters and cast


The series will feature a diverse group of characters, each accompanied by their respective Digimon:


  • Miyu Irino as Tomoro Tenma, a 15-year-old boy with a critical character who joins the Golden Dawn team.
  • Megumi Han as Gekkomon, the gluttonous Digimon born from Tomoro's Sapotama.
  • Tomoyo Kurosawa as Queen Sakuya, a member of Golden Dawn who acts as a "crazy card" on the battlefield.
  • Mutsumi Tamura as Pristimon, Queen's raccoon-like Digimon companion.
  • Arisa Sekine as Makoto Kuonji, a 10-year-old analyst with great seriousness.
  • Misaki Kuno as Chiropmon, Makoto's Digimon with otaku personality.
  • Yōhei Azakami as Kyo Sawashiro, leader of Golden Dawn, a combat genius who treats his comrades like family.
  • Daiki Hamano as Murasamemon, Kyo's powerful Digimon, who usually rests in his Cougarmon form.

Digimon Beatbreak is scheduled to premiere on October 5 via Fuji TV and other Japanese channels.


The plot of Digimon Beatbreak


In this new universe, the "e-Pulse" energy, generated by human thoughts and emotions, powers the Sapotama support devices. However, terrifying creatures emerge from this technological advance. Digimon are living beings that evolve by consuming this energy. The story follows Tomoro Tenma, who after meeting Gekkomon joins the Golden Dawn group of bounty hunters, where he must discover what future humans and Digimon will build together.


Production Equipment


The direction will be in charge of Hiroaki Miyamoto (One PiecePrecure), with Ryota Yamaguchi in the composition of the series. Takahiro Kojima is in charge of character design, while Kenji Watanabe and Akihiro Asanuma are credited with designing the Digimon. The music is by Arisa Okehazama. The production is in charge of Toei Animation, in collaboration with Fuji TV and Yomiko Advertising.
