The saga of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure took a new step with the official confirmation of its Part 7: Steel Ball Run. During a Warner Bros. Japan event, a teaser trailer was presented and the first names of the main cast were revealed, confirming that Hirohiko Araki's work continues to expand his legacy in anime.



A cast at the height of the race


The first five voice actors announced were:


  • Shogo Sakata as Johnny Joestar
  • Kaito Ishikawa as Diego Brando
  • Yohei Azakami as Gyro Zeppeli
  • Rie Takahashi as Lucy Steel
  • Kenta Miyake as Steven Steel

The trailer showed brief glimpses of the visual tone that will characterize this new part, maintaining the unmistakable style of the franchise.

Steel Ball Run was published in Japan between 2004 and 2011, marking a major shift in Hirohiko Araki's narrative and artistic style. Since 1987, the author has maintained JoJo's Bizarre Adventure as one of the most influential franchises in manga and anime, and this adaptation promises to take that status even further.
