The flame of the fire brigade burns louder than ever at its conclusion. The official website for the anime adaptation of the manga Atsushi Ohkubo, En'en no Shouboutai (Fireforce), revealed the main promotional video for the second and last arc from its third final season. The announcement confirmed the artists of the musical themes, new cast members and the exact date for the beginning of the end.
The second part of the final season will premiere on january 9. Crunchyroll it will continue with the transmission of the series in the West.
The trailer also previewed the songs that will accompany this climax. The opening theme, titled "Ignis", will be interpreted by legend Takanori Nishikawa (TMRevolution). For its part, the band Survive Said the Prophet (known for Vinland Saga) will take care of the closing issue, "Speak of the Devil".
Voice cast
A key addition to the cast was confirmed, related to Company 7's past:
- Hochu Otsuka (Jiraiya in Naruto, Sakonji Urokodaki in Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Hibachi Shinmon, the former leader of the Asakusa firefighters and Benimaru's predecessor.
Staff and Production
For this final stretch, there are adjustments to the production equipment. Sei Tsuguta (Undead Unluck) now supervises and writes the scripts. Mika Yamamoto she joins as sub-character designer, while Yoshihiro Yoshioka and Mariko Kubo they join as chief animation directors.
About the work
The original manga by Atsushi Ohkubo it was published in the Weekly Shonen Magazine of Kodansha from 2015 until its completion in February 2022. This adaptation seeks to close the entire story, offering fans the definitive outcome of the fight against the Evangelist.
