About The
Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten
The original story
is a series of light novels written by Saekisan, which began
serialization on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in December
2018. Subsequently, SB Creative's GA Bunko imprint
began print publication in June 2019 with illustrations by Hanekoto.
The work also has a manga adaptation made by Suzu Yūki in
the Manga UP! service.
The plot
follows Amane Fujimiya, a student who lives alone and in a
disorderly manner, and his neighbor Mahiru Shiina, the most beautiful
girl in school. Their relationship begins to change when Amane lends him an
umbrella in the rain, leading Mahiru to gradually become involved in Amane's
domestic life, cooking and cleaning for him while developing an intimate bond.
