The television adaptation of the classic shojo manga continues to expand its cast. The official website for the Hana-Kimi (Hanazakari no Kimitachi e) anime unveiled its second key visual on Sunday along with the confirmation of three new cast members. Among the announcements is the participation of a veteran actor who returns to the franchise after having participated in previous audio adaptations.

The series, based on the work of the late Hisaya Nakajo, premiered on January 4, 2026 through the Tokyo MX channel, reviving the story of Mizuki Ashiya in the boys' boarding school.
