The world
of fantasy adds a new adaptation to the summer season. The official
website of The Villager of Level 999 (Lv999 no Murabito)
anime revealed its first promotional video on Thursday, confirming its premiere
for July 2026 on TV Tokyo and BS Fuji.
Along with
the trailer, the production committee presented a second key visual for the
series and announced the addition of five new talents to the voice cast,
expanding the main cast of this long-awaited fantasy adaptation.

The series
is being animated by the Brain's Base studio under the
direction of Yoshinobu Kasai. The scripts are supervised by Shinzou
Fujita, while Kentarou Matsumoto is in charge of designing
characters adapted for the animation.

About
the work
The
original story written by Koneko Hoshizuki began publication
on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in July 2015.
Subsequently, the publisher Enterbrain acquired the rights to
publish it as a light novel with illustrations by Fuumi, ending its
print run in January 2019 with a total of eight compilation volumes.
The
franchise also features a manga adaptation illustrated by Kenichi
Iwamoto in Kadokawa's Comp Ace magazine. This print
version, which remains very popular, will publish its twentieth compilation
volume on February 25, 2026.
