About the work

Kamome Shirahama's original story immerses us in a universe where magic is a jealously guarded secret, accessible only to those born with the gift. The manga has been published in Kodansha's Morning Two magazine since 2016 and has earned its international popularity for its tremendous artistry and rich world-building.

As an extra fact for fans, the franchise has already expanded to other formats, with a spin-off focused on cooking (Witch Hat Atelier Kitchen) and a light novel of short stories that went on sale at the end of 2025.
