trope of the childhood "bro" who suddenly becomes the ultimate waifu
strikes again. The main promotional trailer for the animated adaptation of the
light novel Tenko-saki no Seiso Karen na Bishojo ga, Mukashi Danshi to
Omotte Issho ni Asonda Osananajimi Datta Ken (better known simply
as Tenbin) has just been released, confirming that this romantic
comedy will premiere on Japanese television this July. The video
not only lets us see the chemistry between the protagonists, but also reveals a
preview of "Natsu ni Kasanete", the official opening performed by the
idol group Dialogue+.

About
Tenbin
Born on the
digital platform Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2020 under the pen
of Yu Hibari, the story made the leap to the physical format thanks
to Kadokawa and Siso's illustrations, also obtaining a manga
adaptation by Oyama. The plot follows Hayato, a student who transfers to a high
school in the big city. There he reunites with Haruki, whom he remembers
perfectly as a rather rough boy with whom he used to play seven years ago. Hayato's
mental short-circuit comes when he realizes that his former playmate is, in
fact, a beautiful girl.
