The journey
of the most famous and useful vending machine in anime is about to reach its
great climax. The production committee behind the animated adaptation of Reborn
as a Vending Machine (known in Japan by its lengthy title Jidohanbaiki
ni Umarekawatta Ore wa Meikyu ni Samayo) released a new promotional poster
and the electrifying main trailer for its third season. This new installment,
scheduled to premiere on television on April 1, will adapt the
final arc of the story.
To close
Boxxo's journey with a flourish, the musical section will feature highly
creative artists. The energetic opening theme is titled "Jihankism"
and will be performed by the ensemble VIVARUSH. On the side of
the closing episodes, virtual fans will be celebrating, as the VTubers
duo FUWAMOCO, belonging to the popular Hololive English agency,
will lend their voices to the song (ending) called "Mekurumeku
Rendezvous".

The
animated culmination of this fun isekai will remain in the
joint custody of the Gokumi and AXsiZ studios.
To ensure that the magic of the previous seasons remains intact, Takashi
Yamamoto returns to the director's chair, working side-by-side
with Tatsuya Takahashi, who again oversees the series' scripts.
Illustrator Yuki Hagure's charming original designs will continue to be adapted
for the screen by artist duo Naoki Yamauchi and Takahiro
Sakai.
About
the original work
The
creative mind behind this unusual concept is author Hirukuma, who
began serializing the story on the popular website Shosetsuka ni Naro in
March 2016. The plot concluded in December of that same year, adding a couple
of epilogue stories in early 2017. The Kadokawa publishing house, under
its Sneaker Bunko imprint, did not take long to publish the
light novels in physical format with the vibrant illustrations of Itsuwa
Kato, closing the collection with its third and final volume in February
2017.
