About Tensei Elf
Tensei Elf (The Reincarnated Elf Left on a
Journey to Master His Magic and With His Extra Lifespan Became a Living Legend) is a light novel by Monsho
Sakakibara with illustrations by Hatori Kyoka that
began as a web novel in 2021 before receiving its first volume in print in
2022. Kanco's manga adaptation has six volumes compiled, with
the sixth scheduled for June 26. The story follows a man whose ordinary life
ends abruptly in an accident. Reincarnated as an elf with approximately 1,000
years of life ahead of him, he decides to dedicate each of those years to
leaving a real mark on the world, without wasting them. During his long journey
he reunites with a young woman whose life he once saved. The heart of the
series is in those bonds that are formed and lost throughout an existence that
no human could imagine.
