The official Twitter account for the animated adaptation of the light novels written by Yuumikan and illustrated by Koin, Itai no wa Iya nano by Bougyoryoku and Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu also known as BOFURI published four wallpapers based on the anime's settings.
The anime premiered on January 8 and featured twelve episodes. Yuumikan and Koin began publishing the light novel in September 2017.
