A new company has joined efforts to support the dark-skinned community and has made donations in an effort to help. This is how The Pokémon Company International, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company, published a statement reporting that it has donated one hundred thousand dollars to the National Association for the Progress of People of Color (NAACP) and another 100,000 dollars to the Black Lives Matter movement.

“Here at The Pokémon Company International, we believe in friendship, inclusion, and fairness. These are the values that represent our company. There is no place for oppression within our community. We stand in solidarity with our employees of color, fans and families who continue to be affected by systemic racism and senseless violence. We will make a one hundred thousand dollar donation to the NAACP and another one hundred thousand dollar donation to the Black Lives Matter movement. Our commitment to you is continuous, and our support will also be ", reads the statement published by the company.
As an additional point, in addition to donations made by this company and Niantic, both EA Games and Square Enix have also made donations to movements in favor of the community of people of color.
