The launch was scheduled for the first half of this month, however, producer Tomomi Tagawa mentioned that the developers "are making the final adjustments and fixing some problems detected during beta testing." Because of this, the process took longer than anticipated, and developers will require more time before launching the game. The new release date will be announced as soon as it is decided.
In fact, the game was scheduled to be released in Japanese and English last year, but Bandai Namco Entertainment announced in October 2019 that the launch would be delayed. As part of this delay, Tales of Crestoria will feature voice acting for the main story, as well as cinematics presented through illustrations and "various other additions."
