Through her personal Twitter account, voice actress Yuuki Takada confirmed that she has joined the voice cast for the second season of the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Aka Akasaka, Kaguya-sama: Love is War, playing the character Rei Onodera.

In fact, the actress stressed that she has already started participating since the ninth episode of the series, broadcast today in Japan. Takada stands out for having played Rin Onigawara in Busou Shoujo Machiavellianism, Aoba Suzukaze in New Game !, Yuu Koito in Yagate Kimi ni Naru, among other roles.
For her part, Aka Akasaka has published the Kaguya-sama: Love is War manga in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine since 2016, after having moved from Miracle Jump magazine. The publisher published the eighteenth compilation volume on April 17 and will publish the eighteenth on July 17.
The play inspired a twelve episode anime adaptation produced by A-1 Pictures studios, directed by Shinichi Omata and scripts written by Yasuhiro Nakanishi, released in January 2019. A second season that maintains the same cast of voices and crew. Production has been in issue since April 11.
