The cases will be available from October 30 of this year in two varieties: mint and white. Any of the designs will be priced at 900 yen (approximately $ 8), and can be booked online through different Japanese distributors.

For her part, Midorikawa began publishing the manga in Hakusensha's LaLa magazine in January 2005 and is still in publication. The publisher published the twenty-fourth compilation volume in May 2019.

Synopsis of Natsume Yuujinchou

The story revolves around Natsume, a boy who has been able to see yōkai since he was little. Unfortunately, humans reject him, and there's not much love between him and the youkai, either.

One day, he inherits a Yuujin-Chou ("Book of Friends") from his grandmother. The book is full of contracts her grandmother made to catch various youkai. As they appear, Natsume tries to free or help them, even as many of them seek revenge against him.
