On the official site for the video game developed by the Gust studios, Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy, it was revealed that the delivery will be released for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch consoles on December 3 in Japan, and that it will be released for PC via Steam in January 2021.

One of the new features in this installment is the addition of new swimming techniques that allow Ryza to discover aquatic materials and entrances to new underwater dungeons. Fans can also expect to meet familiar faces, including Klaudia, who now works in the Royal Capital but is constantly thinking about her adventures with Ryza.

It also introduces a mysterious new creature throughout the journey, named Fi. Although Fi does not speak, KOEI Tecmo describes her as "a very expressive and emotional creature, quickly bonding with Ryza as he helps her find the answers to the true meaning of the lost legends."

Finally, those who get a physical or digital copy of the video game Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy during the first two weeks since its release will get a bonus code to get a set of summer costumes for the character. Also, if the device has save data from the previous game, the classic locker room set can be unlocked.
