A developer at Hega Studio, the studio responsible for this rather racy title, clarified that a separate DLC is needed to access the game's erotic scenes. The same individual was the one who informed users that the game had been banned from Steam since August 8, and that they are expecting Faptastic Journey to return sometime between September and October.
For its part, Faptastic Journey had been successfully launched on Steam on July 30, supposedly complying with all the draconian guidelines of the platform, but again Steam decided to remove the game just a few days later.
The aforementioned developer did not state if Steam gave them any reason behind the removal of the game, but considering the past incidents that this platform has already affected, it is likely that Hega Studio has not received any reason.
Also, another Hega Studio game, Hentai Asmodeus, is still available on Steam, despite the fact that it includes the full nudity tag. According to a fan who managed to play this installment, none of the characters in this eroge were underage or had such an appearance, so the removal from Steam is really unwarranted.
