In the eighth compiled volume of the manga written by Kazutaka and illustrated by Kai Tomohiro, Destiny Lovers was revealed that the sequel, also titled Destiny Lovers, constitutes the final arc of the series.

The sequel began to be published on April 18 in the Kodansha publisher's Magazine Pocket application. Additionally, despite being called the same (in appearance), this new manga restarted the volume count, with the first (the eighth overall) published on August 5.

Kazutaka and Tomohiro began publishing the manga on the Magazine Pocket app in February 2018. Publisher Kodansha published the seventh compiled volume on March 6. In March 2019, the play made a fake anime adaptation advertisement.

Destiny Lovers Synopsis

Long ago, Fujishiro Kousuke pledged his love to his childhood friend Sayaka-chan. But his promise to keep his virginity for her takes an unexpected turn when he is kidnapped and locked in a secret prison that, in fact, is run by a beautiful but scary woman in a fetish costume.

Her seductive hostages claim there is an ulterior motive but they are behind only one thing: Kousuke's virginity, and they are willing to use any strategy to achieve it. Who are these women and why are they so interested in breaking the promise between Kousuke and Sayaka-chan?
