On the official channel of the Lantis record company a two-minute video was published showing the musical theme “Colored Memories” performed by Yui Ishikawa, which will be included in the album “Violet Evergarden Vocal Album: Letters and Doll ~ Looking back on the memories of Violet Evergarden ”on October 21st.


Ishikawa has played the protagonist of the Violet Evergarden franchise since 2018. The new music album will include new songs performed by her to express the trajectory that the anime series has charted as well as the evolution of the protagonist. The songs are inspired by various episodes of the anime.

About Yui Ishikawa

Born in Hyougo Prefecture in May 1989, Ishikawa is a voice actress and singer who began as a stage actress in 2007. One of her most characteristic roles is as the voice of Mikasa Ackerman in the series Shingeki no Kyojin.

However, their roles also include China Kousaka in Gundam Build Fighters, Violet Evergarden in Violet Evergarden, Honoka Tsumura in Waratte's Runway, and Kyururu in Kemono Friends.
