Attempt to create controversy from a Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid campaign five years later

In Japan there are some special campaigns known as "Stamp Rallies", which are held in train stations or elsewhere. These marketing campaigns invite people to visit different parts of the region and collect stamps, which increases traffic in those areas. They are usually directed to children accompanied by their parents, but this is not always the case.

At the end of 2015, an event of this type was held to promote the launch of the compilation volumes of the anime Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid, a series broadcast in the fall of 2015 that almost fell into the category of softporn yuri and, honoring these genres, the "Stamp Rally" held consisted of interested parties getting breast stamps and placing them on the cards of the characters.

A really funny marketing idea that, just like the original series, was completely aimed at adults and caused some laughs in the year 2015. But times have changed, and recently a publication on Twitter by a (supposedly Japanese) woman criticized the realization of this event.

"I saw a publication that said there was a rather peculiar Stamp Rally going on and it was sponsored by Tokushima Prefecture, so I researched and found it to be true, how unpleasant. What a shame that taxes are used in that," he wrote.

The publication did not cause controversy this time, but concern within the Japanese forums to a person who complains about an event held five years ago and with totally wrong information, since it was held in Akihabara, (Tokyo Prefecture), and not in Tokushima as the publication claims. In this regard, the user published a response to her publication quoting another person: "The information was provided by a person from within the Tokushima Prefectural Administrative Offices, so it is reliable to me," however, the latter did not convince anyone.
