Through her social networks, the popular cosplayer from Taiwan, Neneko published a special video with her representation of Kurumi Tokisaki from the Date A Live franchise. The costumes are similar, if not identical, to those featured in a 1/7th scale figure produced by MOON and launched in the Japanese market in May 2019.

It is a series of light novels written by Koushi Tachibana and illustrated by Tsunako, which was published between March 2011 and March 2020 through the Fantasia Bunko imprint of Fujimi Shobo publishing house. The series published a total of 20 volumes.
Additionally, the franchise has been adapted to a large number of other media, such as manga and video games, however, the most popular has been the adaptation to manga of which there have been a total of three seasons released in April 2013, April 2014 and January 2019, with three different animation studios. In addition, it is confirmed that a fourth season is in production. Additionally, the light spin-off novels Date A Live Fragment: Date a Bullet are inspiring a two-part animation project.
