WIT Studio announces the original anime Onipan! for this year

Masahiko Ohta ( Yuru Yuri ) announced that he is in charge of directing the upcoming original television anime Onipan! , whose premiere is scheduled for next April in Japan. The anime comes from the " AAO Project ", a joint initiative between AOI Pro , Amuse , and Origamix Partners , to produce original intellectual property.

Onipan Synopsis!

Set in a world where Japanese oni demons and humans co-exist, “the story of love, friendship, and underpants” follows three oni girls who transfer to a Tokyo high school. They strive to improve the misunderstood image of the oni with the help of a key item with hidden powers: the oni-panties, or Onipan!
