Ishura Light Novels Getting Anime Adaptation

 Japanese production company Kadokawa revealed on Sunday that the fantasy light novel series written by Keiso and illustrated by Kureta , Ishura , will be adapted into an anime series. It is worth mentioning that this literary work was the winner of the Kono ga Sugoi! (2021 edition), which recognizes the best of light novels in Japan.


Production details as well as the release date for the project will be announced soon.


The first promotional image of the series was also published.



Reina Ueda (Ganyu in Genshin Impact ) will play Yuno the Distant Talon.



Yuki Kaji (Eren Yeager en Shingeki no Kyojin ) interpretará a Soujiro the Willow-Sword.


The novels began publication in 2017 on Kadokawa 's Shosetsuka ni Narou website . It was until 2019 that they began to be distributed physically with their first volume. The seventh volume of the series will be released on February 17. The Kodansha publisher began a manga adaptation of the novels in 2021, which continues to be published by the artist Meguri .
