Mashle: Magic and Muscles shows its musical themes in a trailer

 On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Hajime Komoto , Mashle: Magic and Muscles , the full promotional video for the project was published. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for April 7 in Japan , and shows a snippet of the musical themes that include:


  • Taiiku Okazaki will perform the opening theme song " Knock Out ," while group Philosophy no Dance will perform the ending theme song " Shuu Cream Funk ."

 

New members of the voice cast were also announced, including:

  • Yuki Kaji as Rayne Ames.


  • Yuichiro Umehara as Abel Walker.


  • Hiroki Nanami as Abyss Razor.


Koumoto began publishing the Mashle: Magic and Muscles manga through Shueisha 's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in January 2020. According to the press release on the adaptation, the entirety of the original work will be covered.

Sinopsis of Mashle: Magic and Muscles

To everyone else in his magic-dominated world, the powerless young Mash Vandead is a threat to the gene pool and must be purged. Living in secret in the forest, he spends every day training his body, building muscles strong enough to compete with magic itself. However, seeing his identity exposed and his peaceful life threatened, Mash begins his journey to become a "divine seer", a role so powerful that society will have no choice but to accept his existence. .

So, to maintain her peaceful life, Mash, devoid of magic, enrolls in the prestigious Easton Academy of Magic, competing with the children of some of the most powerful and elite in the kingdom. Lacking the ability to survive in Easton, magic, Mash seems to already be at a disadvantage against his classmates. To achieve his goals, Mash will have to fight her way through each trial using nothing but his fists, overcoming magic with brawn, all for the illustrious title of Divine Visionary!
