The production of the anime “ Makeine:
Too Many Losing Heroines! (Make Heroine ga Oosugiru!)” has
issued a statement asking fans to respect the rules of the Jishukan
Institute of Aichi Prefecture , which served as a model for the anime
adaptation. The statement states the following:
- In
connection with Aichi Prefectural Jishukan Institute, which has provided
us with its collaboration for this project, we strongly request
that you refrain from acts that may disturb students, school staff, and
nearby residents, such as entering the premises without permission .
If anyone is caught engaging in such or similar acts, school personnel may
address them. To ensure the safety of students and protect their privacy,
we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
The series, whose synopsis is described as
follows: “ Kazuhiko Nukumizu, a self-proclaimed 'background
character', accidentally witnessed his popular classmate Anna Yanami being
rejected by his childhood friend. Since then, Kazuhiko has become involved with
several loser heroines, including Anna's " , is
currently airing. The anime adaptation is being produced by A-1
Pictures studios , known for delivering projects of great visual and
narrative quality.
The author of the original light novels, Takibi
Amamori , also spoke about it on Twitter: " We ask
that you respect the rules and refrain from entering without permission, taking
photographs or using the places for unauthorized purposes. People from the
locations, including Toyohashi City, have cooperated in good faith ."
Regarding the aforementioned collaboration, it is
noted that the Jishukan Institute of Aichi Prefecture was used
as a model for the anime adaptation, that is, the school that appears
in the anime is based on the design of this school . The production
asks fans to avoid inappropriate behavior that could disturb
students and school staff.
- " I
figured they would eventually issue a notice like this ."
- " Even
if they don't enter the premises, wandering around the school also seems
inappropriate to me ."
- " If
they want to visit emblematic places, the only thing they can do is
register or enroll their children in school ."
- " There
will always be idiots who do things like this ."
- « When
it was just a novel it was fine, but when it becomes an anime, the number
of fans increases and many appear who want to take photos in exactly the
same place .»
- « It
is a form of tourist terrorism by some uncontrolled otakus. Idiots go
looking for recognition. I think that, when making an anime adaptation,
they should use public facilities, fictional buildings, universities or
already demolished structures, so as not to disturb the students and staff .
- « Can't
you understand this with common sense? It is unfortunate ".
- « There
are always people like that when something becomes popular... Don't they
think about taking care of the work that they like so much? ».
- " Even
if it wasn't a model for the anime, it's something that should be obvious ."
- « When
something gets attention, these kinds of warnings need to be issued… I
don't think there's been any real damage yet, but… »
