A killer maid will arrive with Kimi wa Meido-sama

A new promotional video for the project was revealed on the official website for the anime adaptation of Shotan ’s manga “ Kimi wa Meido-sama ( You Are Ms. Servant ).” The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for October 5 in Japan , while the Crunchyroll platform will handle its distribution in the West.

Shotan , for his part, began publishing the manga through Shogakukan 's Sunday Webry service in August 2019, where it is still being serialized. This is the author's first serialized work, which is quite something to boast about considering that his first and only work is the one that has been adapted into an anime.

Synopsis of Kimi wa Meido-sama

Hitoyoshi Yokoya is a high school student currently living alone. One day, an unknown girl knocks on his door and offers to be his maid. She reveals that she is a former assassin, which makes Hitoyoshi nervous. But when her skills save him from being hit by a truck, Hitoyoshi decides to accept her. However, the mysterious girl has no domestic skills at all. In fact, her only expertise is murder, as she has lived her entire life to kill. However, the time she spends with Hitoyoshi allows her to experience new emotions she has never felt before, which inspires her to become a normal girl.

To move forward in this new chapter of her life, she asks Hitoyoshi to give her a new name, and he calls her Yuki. Having someone she can finally call family, Yuki gains new fond memories that fill her heart with warmth as she tries to put her dark and lonely past behind her.
