Synopsis of The Barbarian's Bride
Serafina de Lavillant, the strongest female knight in
the West, has been sent to subjugate the barbarian tribes of the East. But when
her mission fails miserably, she is captured alive and imprisoned. Humiliated
and fearing the horrific torture she will be subjected to, she asks to be
killed. To her surprise, instead of cutting her into pieces, the leader of the
tribe asks for her hand… in marriage! Will Serafina face a cruel and abusive
arranged marriage? Or will she discover that these tribes are not as barbaric
as she has been led to believe?
