A new
promotional video for the project has been revealed on the official
website for the anime adaptation of Nimo Goto 's manga
" Everyday Host ". The video confirms
that the premiere of the short series is scheduled for April 4 in Japan , and shows a fragment of the
opening theme song titled " Everyday Host " and
performed by Hiro Shimono, Taku Yashiro, Tasuku Hatanaka, and Nobuhiko
Okamoto.
Nimo
Goto , for his
part, began publishing the manga through his personal social media
accounts and the Nico Nico and Pixiv Comics platforms
in July 2020, while Kadokawa publishing house is in charge of
publishing the compiled volumes in Japan.
Synopsis of Everyday Host
The
story follows Hajime Sekiguchi, a former life insurance salesman who, in a
moment of desperation, makes the unexpected leap into the world of hosting. At
Club One, Hajime finds himself surrounded by a cast of eccentric personalities:
a "little brother" host with 20 years of experience, a former idol
specializing in romantic sales tactics, and a hyper-aggressive host obsessed
with mobile games. Despite thinking, "This isn't a job for anyone in their
right mind," Hajime uses his polished insurance salesman skills to attract
clients and carve out a surprising niche for himself.
