The Beginning After The End confirms its second season for spring 2026

This Wednesday, Crunchyroll announced that the anime The Beginning After The End, based on the web novel and webcomic of TurtleMe, will have a second season in spring 2026. The announcement was made through a exclusive video showing a post-credit scene of the final episode of the first season, which will be issued on January 18, 2026.



A global phenomenon that does not stop


The first season of the anime premiered on April 2, 2025, and has a total of 24 episodes. Crunchyroll distributes the series worldwide ( except in Asia, but includes India ), offering dubbing in English and French. The series has stood out as the first anime adaptation of an American web novel, marking a milestone in the industry.


The anime is directed by Keitarō Motonaga (Date A Live) and has scripts Takamitsu Kōno. Character designs are carried out by Masami Sueoka, while Keiji Inai compose the music. Production is in charge of the study Studio A-Cat and the company Slow Curve.
