A haunting story about desire and destiny

The story revolves around Hinako Yaotose, a young woman who lives alone in a coastal village and possesses a body unusually appealing to sea monsters. One day, the mermaid Shiori Oumi emerges from the sea, takes her hand and whispers to her: "I have come to eat you". However, in order for Hinako to reach her most delicious point, Shiori decides to protect her until the right time comes. Thus a story unfolds between tenderness and the constant threat of inevitable death.

The general direction is in charge of Naoyuki Kuzuya (Saiyuki Gaiden), while Yūsuke Suzuki (Duel Masters) directs the series under Studio Lings. The scripts are the responsibility of Mitsutaka Hirota (Bibliophile Princess), and the character design is by Nozomi Ikuyama. The music will be composed by Keiji Inai (DanMachi), with general production by Infinite.

Premiere date confirmed for October

The series is scheduled to officially premiere in October, although an exact date has not yet been confirmed. The anime promises a mix of romance, supernatural tension, and complex emotions, framed in a dark and melancholic atmosphere.
